James Newman Jewellery gift cards are redeemable against any jewellery both in-store and online. You can also use your gift card towards a bespoke commission.
Value
Gift cards are available from £50 to £1500 and more than one gift card can be purchased. Gift cards can be used as full or part payment against any jewellery in the James Newman Jewellery collection and can be purchased in store, by mail order or online.
Post and Packaging
We currently offer both Physical & Digital gift cards. Physical gift cards will be delivered to the address of your choosing, UK Delivery is free, these can include a personal message of your choice (please enter this in your basket/checkout notes). If you choose to enter a message we can seal the gift card with a wax stamp, alternatively if you would like to write your own message the gift card will be sent un-sealed. Please note physical gift cards incur a small additional £5.00 charge for professional printing, you will also receive a digital copy of your gift card to your email address. Digital gift cards will provide you with an email that contains a unique gift card code that you can use at checkout to redeem its value, this will be issued within 24 hours of your order.
Terms and Conditions
Gift cards are issued for the amount specified on the card and are valid for up to 12 months from the date stated. Gift cards are issued with a unique reference number.
Gift cards can be redeemed against bespoke commissions and any jewellery offered for sale by James Newman Jewellery in store or by mail order by calling 0121 2451555 or emailing us at info@jamesnewman.co.uk. *gift cards can be redeemed online.
Gift cards are non transferable and proof of the recipient's identity will be requested upon purchase or shortly after, if purchasing online. When redeeming the card in person, the recipient will need to provide matching details. If redeeming the card by phone or email, the recipient will need to provide details matching those provided at purchase and be able to provide the gift cards unique reference number.
If the gift card is lost or stolen, please inform James Newman Jewellery immediately to cancel the card. Replacement cards are issued at James Newman Jewellery's discretion.
Gift cards can be used as part payment. For values redeemed below the gift card amount, a new gift card for the remaining balance will be issued. No cash will be given as change. No cash alternatives are available.
Refunds are only available on unredeemed gift cards within 14 days of purchase and will only be made through the original means of payment.
Delivery & Returns
Worldwide trackable shipping is available on all products. We also provide a 7 day return money back guarantee after delivery of your jewellery. UK Delivery times will range from 1 week to 6 weeks depending on sizing, materials, stones or bespoke options. You can contact us to ask about current lead times, as most of our jewellery is made to order please leave plenty of time if you need your jewellery by a specific date.
